1. Our General Policy
Thank you for choosing QIIAA ("we", "us", "our") for your digital content protection needs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for our subscription-based Services ("Services") described on our website qiiaa.com (the "Website") and in our Terms of Use.
Due to the nature of our Services, which involve the immediate allocation of resources, commencement of monitoring, and potential initiation of takedown actions promptly after payment and Client authorization, our general policy is that all fees paid for subscription periods are non-refundable.
2. Nature of Services and Resource Allocation
Our Services require significant upfront and ongoing effort, including technical resources for monitoring, analyst time for verification and reporting, and administrative effort for processing and sending takedown notices. Once a subscription period begins and the service is activated, these resources are committed, and actions may be taken on your behalf that cannot be undone. Therefore, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a service period has commenced.
3. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees, whether paid monthly or on a prepaid basis (e.g., 6-month or 12-month plans), are non-refundable. This applies to:
- Initial subscription payments.
- Subscription renewal payments.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date according to the cancellation procedure outlined in our Terms of Use or communicated during onboarding.Failure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date will result in charges for the subsequent period, and these charges are non-refundable.
4. No Refunds for Partial Use or Dissatisfaction
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Any partial subscription periods (e.g., if you cancel mid-month or mid-term on a prepaid plan).
- Periods where you did not utilize the service, provided the service was available to you.
- Dissatisfaction with the results of takedown attempts, as the success of takedown notices depends on third-party platforms and is not guaranteed by QIIAA (See Disclaimer of Warranties in our Terms of Use).
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Any decision to offer a refund or credit outside of this policy (e.g., due to a significant service failure caused directly by QIIAA, or billing errors) will be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of QIIAA management. Requests for consideration under exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing via our Contact page, providing full details of the situation.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
7. Contact Us
